🎯Job Title:HR intern-Video Editing Batch 📍Location:Remote 🕕Internship Duration:2 months 🗓️Start date: Immediately 💼Department:Human Resources 🔍About the role:- We want an engaged, people-focused HR Coordinator to help our Video Editing team. You will be the bridge between the management team and the editing batch. You will be working with them to assign work appropriately based on availability and skill set, and coordinate their schedules and their performance. If you love working collaboratively with dynamic, creative teams, and can show empathy, discipline, and the energy to manage them, this could be the role for you! ⚡Key Responsibilities: ● Assign work,Track progress against daily work expectations and ensure timely delivery of weekly edits. ● Work with project leads to communicate deadlines, and project expectations. ● Regularly check-in and have feedback sessions with team members. ● Help onboard new video editors, and help get them acclimated with our internal processes. 📝Requirements: ● Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills. ● Basic understanding of video editing workflows. ● Good organization skills and time management. ● Need to display empathy, patience, and a good attitude in working with team development. ✅What You’ll Gain: ● Hands-on experience managing creative professional ● Certificate of Completion and Appreciation Certificate(based on performance) ,LOR ● Opportunity to contribute directly to team growth .
