Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern located in Kolkata. The Human Resources Intern will assist with various HR tasks, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. Day-to-day tasks will include supporting recruitment processes, coordinating employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting in daily HR activities to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience or interest in Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in an HR role or internship is a plus
