Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Recruiting/HR Intern. The Recruiting Intern will assist with day-to-day tasks including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. The intern will also participate in interviews, communicate with candidates, and provide support for training and onboarding new hires.

• Recruiting and Hiring skills
• Experience in Interviewing candidates
• Strong Communication skills
• Training support experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
