Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team for a 6-month in-office internship. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of Human Resources, specifically focusing on the crucial early stages of the talent acquisition lifecycle. You'll play a vital role in helping us identify and welcome top talent to our organization.


What You'll Do:

  • Initial Screening:

    Review applications and resumes against job requirements to identify qualified candidates.
  • Shortlisting:

    Assist in shortlisting candidates for various roles based on defined criteria and conduct initial phone screenings to assess suitability.
  • Onboarding Support:

    Help prepare for new hire onboarding, including creating new hire packets, coordinating paperwork, and ensuring a smooth welcome experience.
  • Database Management:

    Maintain and update candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS) or internal databases.
  • Communication:

    Assist with communicating with candidates regarding their application status and interview schedules.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects:

    Support the HR team with other administrative tasks and special projects as needed.


What We're Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

    In-office (Newtown, Kolkata, India 700156)
  • Stipend:

    ₹7,000 - ₹8,000 per month
