Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Additional tasks will include conducting recruitment processes, coordinating employee relations activities, and supporting organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in an HR role is preferred
