Job Description

Position: Human Resources Executive Location: Bowring Hospital Road , Bangalore (Work from Office) https://g.co/kgs/okfxMgB Job Summary: The Human Resources Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the human resources functions and programs. This includes recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits administration, and organizational development. The HR Executive/Manager ensures that HR strategies align with business goals and fosters a positive, productive, and compliant workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing: Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection process. Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs. Oversee onboarding and induction of new hires. Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution. Promote a healthy workplace culture and drive employee engagement initiatives. Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in line with company policy and legal compliance. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems. Guide managers on setting KPIs, coaching, and employee development plans. Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs. Support leadership development and succession planning. HR Policy & Compliance: Develop and maintain HR policies and ensure company compliance with labor laws and regulations. Conduct audits to ensure organizational compliance and mitigate risks. Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, and incentive programs. Benchmark compensation packages and recommend improvements. HR Strategy & Analytics: Provide data-driven insights to support HR planning and decision-making. Contribute to HR strategy aligned with organizational goals. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred). Preferred Traits: High emotional intelligence and ethical judgment. Adaptable, proactive, and results-oriented. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, organizational understanding, and exposure to tools like ATS, HRMS, Excel, and communication platforms .
