Job Description

As an HR Fresher, you will support the HR department in daily operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in the Human Resources field.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Support onboarding and induction of new employees
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Help organize employee engagement activities and training programs
Assist with documentation and compliance related to HR policies
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
Support payroll and attendance management (if required)
Any other HR administrative duties as assigned

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift
Fixed shift
