About Us:

HR Recruiter (Fresher)

As a fresher HR Recruiter, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment process from start to finish. Youll learn the end-to-end cycle of recruitment, manage candidate interactions, and work closely with our clients and internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Management:

  • Understand job requirements shared by clients and build search criteria accordingly.
  • Source potential candidates using internal database, job boards (like Naukri), and social platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Post job openings on relevant portals and track applications.
  • Conduct preliminary screening and basic interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in our internal system.
  • Prepare shortlisted candidates for client interviews and follow up for updates.
  • Communicate job offers to candidates clearly and professionally.
  • Gather and document candidate feedback post-interview or offer stages.

Client Coordination (With Guidance):

  • Research the client’s background and open roles before discussing them with candidates.
  • Collaborate with your manager to understand client expectations.
  • Assist in following up with clients for feedback and support delivery of suitable profiles.
  • Maintain a professional and positive approach even when handling challenges.

Business Support & Development:

  • Conduct basic research on industry trends and new potential clients.
  • Assist in building and maintaining candidate pipelines for recurring roles.
  • Provide administrative support during client discussions and documentation.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the recruitment industry.
  • Ability to multitask and work under guidance.
  • Self-driven with a proactive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, or similar is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field (or final-year students eligible for full-time work).
  • No prior recruitment experience required – training will be provided.
