Job Description: Bhasaka Technologies is looking for a dynamic and driven HR Recruiter to join our team. Youll be at the forefront of our talent acquisition effortsresponsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding top talent across a wide range of roles. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for both technical and non-technical roles. Source potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), internal database, social media, and employee referrals. Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless interview process. Maintain accurate documentation of all hiring activities in our ATS and internal systems. Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates for future hiring needs. Support onboarding and other HR operations as needed. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT/Tech hiring. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously. Familiarity with HR tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. Passion for building high-performing teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
