Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage HR generalist activities such as recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll management, grievance redressal, and performance appraisal.
  • Oversee HR operations including policy formulation and implementation to ensure compliance with company regulations.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels within the organization.
  • Ensure seamless execution of HR processes by coordinating with various departments.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on HR-related matters.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in an HR role (preferably in a manufacturing industry).
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization).
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, laws & regulations applicable to India.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
