Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage HR generalist activities such as recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll management, grievance redressal, and performance appraisal.
Oversee HR operations including policy formulation and implementation to ensure compliance with company regulations.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels within the organization.
Ensure seamless execution of HR processes by coordinating with various departments.
Provide guidance and support to team members on HR-related matters.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in an HR role (preferably in a manufacturing industry).
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization).
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, laws & regulations applicable to India.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
