Role & responsibilities: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations. Post job openings on various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, college portals). Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Preferred candidate profile: BBA/MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
