Human Resource Intern

Recruitment Support:

• Post job openings on various platforms including job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
  
• Source potential candidates and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions.
  
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates in alignment with role requirements.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  
• Assist in communication of interview outcomes and follow-ups.
  
• Ensure all recruitment documentation and permits (if applicable) are obtained and processed.
  

Onboarding & Orientation:

• Coordinate pre-joining formalities and documentation with selected candidates.
  
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process by organizing welcome kits, email IDs, access cards, etc.
  
• Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company culture, policies, and procedures.
  
• Prepare and distribute onboarding materials including employee handbooks, benefit guides, and compliance forms.
  
• Guide new hires through form-filling, benefits explanation, and introductory HR processes.
  
• Liaise with IT, Admin, and other departments to ensure seamless onboarding.
  
• Track and report onboarding status and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
  

Requirements:

• Degree in MBA (Human Resources & Finance), (Human Resource & Operations), (Human Resource & Business Administration), or related field.
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
  
• Proficient in MS Office tools and familiarity with job portals & LinkedIn.
  
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  
• Strong interest in recruitment, employee experience, and HR operations.
  
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
