Job Description

Recruitment and Selection: This includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.  Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment are crucial aspects of this role.  Policy Development and Implementation: HR Executives draft and update HR policies, ensuring they align with company values and comply with legal requirements.  Performance Management: They develop and implement performance management systems, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback to employees.  Compensation and Benefits: Managing compensation and benefits packages, including salary, insurance, and other perks, is another key responsibility.  Compliance: HR Executives ensure the company adheres to all applicable labor laws and regulations.  Training and Development: They may also be involved in developing and implementing training programs for employees.
