OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION: Responsible for handling and performing the HR support functions as per the Human Resource Department process. Reports to Manager HR Work Time: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm. Work from Office only RESPONSIBILITIES: 1 Interview & Recruitment Record keeping of duly approved Manpower Requisition Form (MRF) Timely closure of the open position across the board (sourcing, calling, etc.) To maintain a database of talent pools for senior positions. Maintain the Interview Logs & All candidate information for all related analytics. 2 Induction & Familiarization Issuance of familiarisation forms to New joiners. Planning & assigning the Buddy for New Joiner & maintaining data Planning the SIMS Lonavla Visit (as applicable) Employee identity card Visiting Cards - Sr. Level only Planning & scheduling the above Familiarizations 3 Training, Learning & Development Assign the Trainings according to the Role & Position - Mandatory courses on EPSS Coordinate all trainings between SIMS & other trainers Maintain All Training records Update training records in HRMS Filing Training Certificates 5 HRMS Generation of Position code & Employee code in HRMS Updating the employee record & documents in HRMS 6 Exit Formalities Receive the Handover as per the Required Checklist Exit formalities & update the documents in HRMS Exit Interviews. Update Data online & Analysis 7 Employee Engagement Plan Each Activity & Execution 8 Annual Day Plan Execution. Co-ordination with vendors for getting initial quotations w.r.t. various purchases as per requirement. 9 Reports EMPLOYEE PERSONAL FILES COMPLETE DOCUMENTATION Other HR Operations Coordination with Drivers, Office Boys & Housekeeping Staff for various arrangements & assigning Jobs Floor List, Driver Safety Photograph
