About the Role:

HRBP Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist HRBPs in driving key people initiatives aligned with business goals
  • Support in employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback mechanisms
  • Help prepare HR dashboards, reports, and data analysis for business reviews
  • Coordinate performance management cycles, learning programs, and development plans
  • Contribute to diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives and culture-building activities
  • Participate in grievance handling processes under supervision
  • Support communication of HR policies, processes, and updates to employees
  • Conduct benchmarking research and support talent planning projects

Preferred candidate profile

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
  • Prior experience in HR is an added advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data handling
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for people development and employee experience
