About the Role:

HRBP Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Assist HRBPs in driving key people initiatives aligned with business goals
Support in employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback mechanisms
Help prepare HR dashboards, reports, and data analysis for business reviews
Coordinate performance management cycles, learning programs, and development plans
Contribute to diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives and culture-building activities
Participate in grievance handling processes under supervision
Support communication of HR policies, processes, and updates to employees
Conduct benchmarking research and support talent planning projects

Preferred candidate profile

Masters degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
Prior experience in HR is an added advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data handling
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for people development and employee experience
