As a Civil Project Engineer, you’ll manage and oversee on-site project execution for retail and gas infrastructure, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and timeline compliance. This role demands hands-on coordination with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Managers and align with client objectivesRead and analyze engineering drawings, resolve discrepanciesEnforce HSSE policies, implement JSA & PTW systemsManage site execution within design, safety, and budget frameworksCoordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teamsMaintain inspection checklists and lead commissioning with stakeholdersPrepare and monitor construction schedules and progress reportsScrutinize subcontractor bills and manage project variations and documentationLead pre-commissioning activities and ensure timely defect resolutionCompile handover documents including as-built drawingsSupport payment follow-up and invoice processingEngage in structured training as part of the GEMSL competency program QualificationsBE/Diploma in Civil Engineering3–5 years of experience in site execution (preferably Retail Civil, MEP, Oil & Gas, or Industrial Projects) What We OfferCompetitive salary + performance incentivesCompany-provided food, accommodation & travelCareer growth with a reputable energy sector leaderExposure to high-impact infrastructure projectsCollaborative work culture & training programs
