The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, client management, and team leadership . Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus. Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment , with exposure to client handling and team leading responsibilities. Strong understanding of recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple roles, clients, and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities. Hands-on experience with ATS and HRMS tools will be an added advantage.
