HR Technology Analyst

The main purpose of this role is to manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday HCM system to support various HR processes and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. As a part of the global integrated midstream and downstream oil company, Puma Energy, your responsibilities will include designing and implementing performance review templates, configuring compensation plans, maintaining system security, supporting the learning module, developing custom reports, and continuously improving system processes. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, with a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in HRIS, specifically focusing on Workday HCM configuration and support. You should have practical experience in building and troubleshooting Workday integrations, a strong proficiency in custom reporting, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences effectively. Key skills and competencies required for this role include in-depth knowledge of Workday HCM modules and integration technologies, the ability to manage multiple priorities in an Agile environment, sound project management skills, stakeholder engagement capabilities, and a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism. In this role, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders such as the Global Head of HR Operations & Digital Transformation, Regional & Country HR Managers, Head of Compensation & Benefits, IT Managers & Leaders, and Business Managers to ensure the effective utilization of the Workday HCM system and provide valuable support to the organization.,
