Job Description

Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team by managing offer creation, conducting document checks, and generating reports. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Offer Creation:

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to draft and finalize offer letters.
Ensure all offer details are accurate and comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain templates and update them as necessary to reflect changes in company policies or procedures.

Document Check:

Verify candidate documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure compliance with legal and company standards for all candidate documents.
Coordinate with candidates to resolve any discrepancies or missing information.
3.

Reporting:

Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and offer acceptance rates.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
Present findings to the Talent Acquisition team and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in a similar role within Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for reporting purposes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment software.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
