INDIA'S FIRST LEED GOLD-RATED SOLAR MANUFACTURING FACILITY:- The year was 1995, when Shri Surendarpal Singh Saluja established Premier Energies with the goal to harness the suns energy by incorporating it into solar cells and modules. Over the years, the company has diversified and offers end-to-end solutions for solar energy projects across 30 countries globally. It even specializes in providing turnkey engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) solutions for setting up solar power plants. The Company's state-of-the-art facility has a production capacity of 2 GW solar cells and 3 GW solar modules, expanding rapidly, with 1.6 GW under construction. It is equipped with the industrys best automated mono PERC manufacturing line (with a cell efficiency of 22.9%), and is capable of handling upcoming technologies of cells with larger sizes such as M10, M12 and Multi-Busbar cells. The Role You Will Be Responsible For Managing various aspects of HR Operations including employee documentation, on-boarding and off-boarding, insurance and HR audits. Creating, implementing and administering human resources policies and procedures and ensuring that practices are compliant with statutory requirements and guidelines. Providing support for recruitment as required, including but not limited to conducting hiring needs analysis, conducting reference checks and employment contracts. Supporting employee relations by providing guidelines and clarifications on policies and their application. Managing employee benefits and claims administration. Managing hiring for leadership roles. Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement. Ideal Profile You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Industrial. Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
