About the Internship

HR Recruiter Intern

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track candidate progress
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Support employer branding initiatives and outreach campaigns
Provide a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Eligibility & Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools
Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setup
Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive approach
