HR Recruiter Trainee

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Trainee to join our dynamic HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or entry-level professionals to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment and talent acquisition process. As an HR Recruiter Trainee, you will learn to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, assist in building talent pipelines, and support the HR team in achieving hiring goals. Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases Draft job descriptions and assist in posting job advertisements Provide administrative support to the recruitment team Requirements Completed internship in HR or minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and tools Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Work Location: Remote Application Deadline: 16/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 18/06/2025
