Senwell Group Pvt. Ltd. is seeking energetic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Freshers) to join our in-house recruitment team at our Kharadi, Pune office. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and follow-ups Post job openings across various platforms, including Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal job boards Conduct initial HR screenings via phone or video calls Coordinate interviews with internal teams and hiring managers Maintain candidate databases and update Excel-based recruitment trackers Handle candidate communication and ensure an excellent experience Support additional HR operations and documentation as needed Eligibility Criteria: Education: B.Sc./BCS/M.Sc./BBA/MBA (Any stream with interest in HR) English fluency is mandatory both spoken and written Must have basic knowledge of MS Excel Good attitude, confident personality, and willingness to learn Must be ready to work from the Kharadi, Pune office (No WFH option) Key Skills: HR Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Screening, Interview Coordination, Candidate Sourcing, Job Posting, MS Excel, Communication Skills, Freshers, Entry-Level HR, Human Resources, Hiring Support Why Join Senwell Group?
