Introduce job opportunities, explain company profile, and assess initial interest and fit. Maintain high call volumes daily. Conduct telephonic screening to evaluate communication skills, experience, availability, and interest. Gather relevant candidate details including resume, notice period, and current/expected salary. Shortlist candidates matching job specifications and share profiles with hiring managers . Submit daily call reports, shortlisted profiles, and interview status to the team lead or manager Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & regional languages) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR/MBA preferred but not mandatory) 0-1 years of experience in cold calling or bulk recruitment is an advantage Fresher with good communication skills may also apply Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
