Inside Sales Executive -Cold Calling

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Executive (Cold Calling) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers through cold calls, understanding their needs, and setting up qualified appointments for the business team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls to potential leads from the database or CRM Introduce the company’s products/services and explain their value proposition Identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on defined criteria Maintain call logs and update lead status regularly in the system Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-ups for the business/sales team Achieve or exceed daily and monthly call and lead generation targets Handle initial customer queries and objections professionally Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities Qualifications: Minimum HSC/Graduate in any discipline 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or cold calling (freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply) Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 7010101026
