Job Description: HR Manager - Hotel Tulip Arena (Walk-in Drive)

Hotel Tulip Arena is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our workforce and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. A Master's degree in HR is preferred.
• Minimum of [1-5] years of progressive HR experience, with at least [2] years in a managerial role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Google Workspace.
