Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy in close collaboration with HR Head
Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus programs, and employee benefits.HR Analytics and Reporting: Preparation of MIS reports and present the same as and when neededPerformance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.Develop, review, and update HR policies and proceduresCollaborate with different stakeholders within the organization to ensure that the defined objectives and goals of the organization are met.Coordinate with regional HR members in different countries and work closely with them on HR operations activitiesAny other HR activities assigned from time to time.
Must have at least 9 years in the HR domain and at least 2-3 years in IT industry
Excellent communication and articulations skills and must have an analytical bent of mindMust be very good in excel reports, PPTMust be aware of industry best practicesShould be willing to work from Gurgaon office at Udyog Vihar for 5 days a week
