We are looking for a seasoned HR generalist who thrives on structure, consistency, and quiet ambition. In this role, you will lead our People function across the employee lifecycle - from hiring and onboarding to performance and engagement. You will work towards bringing a seamless, people-first approach to our high-performing, fast-moving team. What You Will Own Be the point-of-contact for all HR-related operations across time zones. Drive structured execution of hiring, onboarding, policy governance, engagement, and compliance. Partner with team leads and BU heads to run performance processes, address employee relations, and drive culture initiatives. Lead internal people communications and cross-functional coordination. Maintain documentation, workflows, and systems with discipline and attention to detail. Supervise and mentor HR Associates, ensuring smooth coverage across shifts. What Sets You Apart 6+ years of experience in end-to-end HR roles; exposure to SaaS or B2B tech environments is a plus Hands-on with operational HR; comfortable also driving mid-level strategic projects Known for being dependable, organized, and calm under pressure Excellent communicator and team collaborator, especially across functions and shifts Familiar with modern HR systems, practices, and documentation
