Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities for Paramantra CRM. You will work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and solution discussions with prospective clients
  • Understand client requirements and position Paramantra CRM as a strategic fit
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in CRM, ERP, or SaaS domains
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and solution selling
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
  • Exposure to industries such as manufacturing, real estate, or services is a plus
