HR Manager

Urgently required HR Manager in M/s. Hicon Engineering Co. (P). Ltd., (Manufacturer of Cold Storage/Room, Puff Panel, Doors, OT) at Plot No.152-153, Toy City, Ecotech-3, Opp. New Holland Factory, Greater Noida, Gautam Budha Nagar.

(Will prefer from manufacturing company and only male candidate with min. 3 year exp. + having good knowledge of advance excel with good comm. skills)

Below are the job responsibilities :

1. Recruitment & Staffing

• Manpower / planning based on production schedules.
• Coordinating recruitment for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labor.
• Collaborating with department heads to define job roles and hire accordingly.
• Managing onboarding and induction processes.

2. Industrial Relations (IR)

• Maintaining healthy relationships with workers, and labor authorities.
• Addressing grievances, handling disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Ensuring compliance with the Industrial Disputes Act, Factories Act, etc.

3. Statutory Compliance

• Ensuring timely sending and maintenance of records under:
• ESIC, PF, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, etc.
• Coordinating labor law audits and inspections.
• Maintaining employee records as per statutory norms.

4. Workforce Management

• Preparing attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Ensuring adequate staffing for each shift.
• Managing contractors and contract labor compliance.

5. Payroll Management

• Maintaining & processing payroll / salary, overtime,
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of salary disbursement.

6. Policy Implementation & Documentation

• Framing HR policies aligned with labor laws and company values.

Ensuring transparency and accessibility of HR policies to all employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
