6 month contract to start, high possibility of extensions

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

•Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, or related field

•Experience with PeopleSoft, BrainShark, Pluralsight, and DE&I Goals App

•Proficiency in SQL and Tableau

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

•Experience with Microsoft PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and SharePoint

•Flexibility to work in US Hours (CST/EST)

Insight Global is seeking a HRIT Analyst to join the team of one of our largest medical device clients. This role requires an individual with a strong background in HR information systems, specifically PeopleSoft, BrainShark, Pluralsight, and the DE&I Goals App. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our HRIT systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting various HR initiatives. We are seeking candidates in India willing to work in US hours (signing off 10/11am CST, some flex).
