Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates during the recruitment process and maintain communication.
Maintain and update applicant tracking spreadsheets and recruitment databases.
Support in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
Help organize and participate in job drives, campus hiring, and recruitment campaigns.
Assist in onboarding selected candidates by coordinating documentation and induction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
