Job Description

HR Industrial Relations & Administration Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain strong
industrial relations
with employees, unions, and government authorities.
Ensure
compliance with labor laws
and implement necessary HR policies and procedures.
Design and execute
effective hiring strategies
to attract skilled talent, especially for cold chain operations.
Conduct
onboarding programs
for new hires, introducing them to company policies and expectations.
Organize and lead
training sessions
to keep workers updated on hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
Collaborate with various departments to maintain an efficient and employee-friendly workplace.

Desired Candidate Profile:

3 - 6 years of experience in
Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Administration.
Strong knowledge of
labour laws
,
cold chain operations
, and
hygiene protocols.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Educational Qualification:
MBA/PGDM in HR or Industrial Relations
or a
PG Diploma in a relevant specialization.
Experience in the
food processing or manufacturing industry
will be an advantage.
