Role & responsibilities

  • Identifying the manpower requirement with the Business team.
  • Strategically use various channels of recruitment such as social media, employee referrals, campus drives for closures.
  • Provide smooth recruitment experience to candidates during various stages of recruitment.
  • Stakeholder management internal and external.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate / Post graduate Freshers / MBA in HR.
  • Good communication.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment.
  • Good at Planning & Execution.
  • Excellent at Stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of MS-office.
  • Should be flexible to travel extensively in rural areas.
