  • They will also be responsible for maintaining customer records, handling complaints, and providing product or service information.
  • Additionally, they might play a key role in implementing customer service strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Preferred candidate profile

Hindi/Malayalam and Hindi/Odia language is Mandatory
