We are looking for a professional to join our team as an HR Manager. In this role, you will manage human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. If you're a people-person who can close deals and build great teams, we’d love to meet you! - Coordinate and conduct recruitment and selection processes. - Manage onboarding and induction programs for new hires. - Maintain employee records and HR documentation. - Identify new business opportunities through market research and outreach. - Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
