Carrying out preliminary interviews and short-listing candidates for technical round. Employee Life Cycle: Carrying out induction program for new joiners. On board joining documentation and formalities. Drafting of Offer, Appointment Letter, Confirmation, Transfer letters etc. Maintaining & updating employee database on regular basis.
