HR Executive

Recruitment and Onboarding: a)     Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. b)     Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees. Employee Relations: a)     Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters. b)     Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner. c)      Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Performance Management: a)     Support the performance management process by assisting in goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions. b)     Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance and career growth. HR Administration: a)     Maintain accurate employee records and databases, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations. b)     Process HR-related paperwork such as employment contracts, leave requests, and disciplinary actions. c)      Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits. d)     To Manage the Organization wellness habits, prevent and nurture the culture of the organization Compliance and Policy Implementation: a)     Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance with legal requirements. b)     Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to promote a positive work culture. Training and Development: a)     Coordinate employee training sessions and professional development programs. b)     Identify training needs and assist in the design and delivery of training modules to enhance employee skills and competencies.
