We are seeking a proactive HR Executive to handle daily HR operations, including office monitoring, employee management, recruitment, onboarding, exit interviews, attendance tracking, policy implementation, and other HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor overall office discipline and work environment.
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, induction, and exit interviews.
Support recruitment based on management needs.
Oversee daily activities and ensure staff productivity through trackers.
Maintain and update attendance records accurately.
Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee queries and provide necessary support.
Assist in other HR operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
