Job Description

Job brief:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s workforce needs. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and update job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Linkedin, Indeed, Monster, Timesjob)
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
  • Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds with hiring managers.
  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Conduct background checks and verify references.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound judgment

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
