Title :- HR Executive (Manufacturing Industry)

Location :- Pirangut, Pune, Maharshtra.

Experience :- 1 - 3 Years in HR Field

Job Description :-

• Employee Records:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance data.

• Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assisting with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Also, supporting the onboarding of new hires by providing orientation and ensuring they understand company policies.

• HR Administration:

Handling various administrative tasks related to HR, such as preparing reports, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

• Payroll and Benefits:

Supporting payroll administration, including calculating employee pay and providing assistance with benefits inquiries.

• Employee Relations:

Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and providing assistance with HR-related issues.

• Compliance:

Ensuring that HR practices and processes comply with relevant laws and regulations.

• Data Management:

Maintaining accurate and organized HR data, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, and generating reports as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
