6 days' work from the office (alternative Saturday will be off)

For Fresher, there is 3-year MEP with 10th & 12th Original Marks Card

Responsibilities •

Working with recruitment agencies to close various positions • Onboarding and off-boarding of employees
Maintaining reports of all employees ina file & folder
Employee attendance, Payroll Handling, Salary Preparation,Attendance Finalizationo,n employee details HRMS.
Work towards improving employee satisfaction by conducting surveys, analysing results, recommending changes, and implementing required changes in a non-invasive method to achieve maximum impact and improve employee satisfaction
Execution of performance management system Implementation of engagement activities.
Create a vibrant, fun, learning & growth-oriented culture.
Implement various HR interventions for retention. Looking after employee welfare, grievance handling, counselling employees for harmonious interpersonal relations.
Manage Compensation & Benefits administration.
Conducting regular Audits w.r.t. Employee details and personnel files, Leave records in I Tracker.
Developing & ensuring implementation of all the HR SOPs & Policies at store level, and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements
