Job Description

We are looking for Freshers to perform generalist HR activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Prepare job description / scope of work for employees.
Handle end to end recruitment activities.
Responsible to completing joining formalities and Onboarding.
Executing the induction and orientation of employees.
Coordinating for Technical training.
To follow the performance appraisal before confirmation of employee and issue appropriate letters.
Taking care of Payroll & PMS (Performance Management System) of the employees.
Handle employees grievance and act as a chain between management and employees.
To interact with Department Heads / Reporting Managers to ensure receving feedback of employees performance and act accordingly and take it forward.
Taking care of absenteeism and handling manpower planning.
Handle Attendance & Leave Management system.
Perform employee engagement activities.
Handle Statutory compliance requirements like ESI, PF & Gratuity for employees.
Coordinate for Background verification of employees with third party agencies.
Coordinating for Medical Checkup upon Employees joining at Organization.

Mandatory Skills:

Excellent communication skills
Good people Management Skills
E-Mail writing Skills

Work location - Nagpur

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:30 PM

Monday to Saturday

Educational Qualification : Any Degree (With Management Skills)
