Job Description

We are looking for a talented candidate with good communication skills to join our HR team.

Roles & Responsiblites:-

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes and conducting interviews.
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Manage employee records and maintain the HR database.
  • Support payroll processing and leave management.
  • Assist with employee performance reviews and appraisal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Address employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  • Coordinate and participate in employee engagement initiatives.
  • Create and maintain an updated database of all student inquiries and enrollments.
  • Regularly track and update student information and training progress.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday

Language:

  • English (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
