HR & Digital Marketing Intern

Location: Noida (Onsite)

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST

Experience: 0–1 Year

Start Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred

This is not just a short-term internship role.

We are looking for candidates who are serious about building a long-term career with us and are open to staying beyond the internship period.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must own a personal laptop
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
• Available for a full-time, onsite internship in Noida
• Only candidates looking for long-term roles (not just internship) should apply
• Interest or experience in social media, SEO, branding, and online reputation management is preferred.
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Canva, Google Reviews, and basic content creation is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR):

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding.
• Use platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala for talent acquisition
• Conduct screening calls and assess candidate fit
• Coordinate interviews with internal teams and ensure smooth follow-up
• Handle HR documentation (offer letters, onboarding documents, etc.)
• Maintain and update recruitment databases regularly
• Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience

Digital Marketing & Social Media:

• Assist in managing and growing presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube
• Create visual and written content using tools like Canva
• Support SEO efforts, keyword research, and basic analytics tracking
• Help organize and promote company events and online campaigns

Online Reputation Management (ORM):

• Monitor and respond to reviews on Google, Glassdoor, and other platforms
• Help improve the company’s online image and employer branding
• Work with internal teams to handle negative reviews or feedback tactfully
• Track and report reputation trends and suggest improvements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 per month
