Position: HR Assistant Location: Ghaziabad, Muradnagar (Sybly Industrial area) Requisites: · Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing plant. · Experience from tyre industries is preferred · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels. · Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially on excel) and HR management systems (HRIS). · Immediate joiner preferred. · Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC & Labor laws. Responsibilities: · Attendance Management, leaves management · Payroll Management · Labor Contractor Management · Compliance Management · Employee life cycle management · Compensation and Benefits · Query resolution of employees regarding compensation, deduction, Compliance and leaves. · Handling grievances · Documentation of all letters - letter (Offer letter, Appointment letter, Confirmation letter, Experience letter etc.) · Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, attendance, performance reviews, and any disciplinary actions.
