HR and Admin Assistant

Develop and execute HR strategies and programs that align with the organization's business objectives and support organizational growth, employee engagement, and talent retention. Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection. Design and implement talent management programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential identification. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures. Mediate and resolve conflicts, ensuring a positive and respectful work environment. Conduct regular employee feedback sessions to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate, implement and manage performance appraisal systems to provide constructive feedback and facilitate employee growth; set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and create individual development plans. Identify training needs, and coordinate the development and delivery of relevant training programs to foster skill development and career advancement. Ensure compliance with compensation guidelines, conduct regular salary reviews, and manage bonus structures. Coordinate and assist the admin team with employee benefits, travel policies, reimbursements, bonuses, security deposits etc. Utilize and build HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions. Build and maintain relationships with industry associations, HR thought leaders, and external partners to stay informed about best practices and trends.
