Post HR Manager (Head Human Resources) Location - Nashik, Maharashtra Job Purpose: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the entire HR function of our construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives across recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. This is a leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels. Develop hiring strategies to attract skilled professionals from the construction and infrastructure industry. Coordinate with project heads and department managers to forecast manpower requirements. 2. Payroll & HR Operations Supervise monthly payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries. Handle salary structures, leave management, attendance systems, and reimbursements. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in payroll data management. 3. Statutory Compliance Ensure adherence to all labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory obligations. Liaise with government departments and ensure timely filings and returns. 4. Employee Engagement & Retention Design and implement employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture. Conduct regular feedback sessions, employee satisfaction surveys, and grievance redressal. Implement HR best practices to boost morale and productivity. 5. Performance Management & Appraisals Lead the annual performance appraisal cycle and assist department heads in goal setting. Design KPIs and KRAs in collaboration with leadership teams. Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. 6. HR Policy & Strategy Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and SOPs. Support management in organizational planning, change management, and workforce development. 7. Team Management Build and guide a strong HR team to support various HR functions. Act as the key advisor to senior leadership on people-related matters. Required Qualifications and Experience: Education: MBA in HR / PGDM in Human Resource Management Experience: 12 years+ Experience in HR. Prior experience in construction/infrastructure industry is mandatory . Technical Skills: MS Office Strong command of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reports), Word, and PowerPoint. Statutory Compliance Tools Experience with EPFO, ESIC portals, Shram Suvidha Portal, and Labour Welfare registrations. Recruitment Portals – Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Shine, and local job boards. Documentation & MIS – Maintaining employee records, HR dashboards, and compliance trackers. Reporting Tools – Monthly HR Reports, Attrition Analysis, Salary Cost Reports, etc.

Solicits employee feedback, utilizes an open door policy and reviews employee satisfaction results to identify and address employee problems or concerns. Brings issues concerning employee satisfaction to the attention of the department manager and Human Resources.
