Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Housekeeping Supervisor located in Mumbai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, managing laundry services, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in all areas, providing excellent customer service, and supervising and training housekeeping staff. The role includes inspecting rooms and public areas, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies.

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Relevant certification or diploma in housekeeping or hospitality management
