What you will be doing:

· Assist in leading, mentoring and training the housekeeping operations team

· Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained

· Liaise with front office to ensure the smooth room experience of room and visual appeal of overall property.

· Taking responsibility of entire operations and smooth running of operations.

· Taking care of your team’s training and skill upliftment.

Your experience and skills include:

· Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything related to housekeeping.

· Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset

· Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.

· Handling Guests Requests/Complaints and resolve it in the best manner.

· In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations

· Zeal to grow and patience to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
